Enrollment and Payment Conditions

 Time to enroll

It is better to enroll at least 4 weeks in advance for 5 weeks programs. If this is not possible, we can make arrangements with just a few days advance notice.

Note: The school requires you to fill up an Enrollment & Registration Form including credit card details ONLY as a guarantee for your booking. The full payment balance is not due until you arrive and install at your host family house.

To request a copy of this form please write us to info@fulltimeout.com , after form is fully completed and signed, it must be send back to us in a scanned copy to our e-mail or fax number.

This information will be extremely confidential and no charges will be applied to your credit card except in case of "no showing" on the arrival date.

FullTimeOut will confirm your booking and services within 24 hours.

 

How should you bring your final payment?

It is strongly recommended that you travel with your money in the form of traveler's checks. Traveling with cash is risky, and lost traveler's checks can be replaced while lost or stolen cash cannot. We have had students, in the past, that were unable to attend due to the fact that their payment was in cash and it was lost or stolen in transit, and that is why it is worthwhile to pay the small fee for the insurance of traveler's checks. Upon safe arrival at the country you can cash your traveler's checks at any of the local banks. Payment can be made in U.S. dollars or in the local currency equivalent.

 

Credit Cards:

FullTimeOut does not accept credit cards or any form of personal check, cashier's checks, or money orders. A monopoly controls credit card transactions in Costa Rica that takes a 9% - 12% cut of every transaction. Rather than increasing the prices to our students we have chosen to not accept credit cards for payment at this time. Money orders and checks of any kind require a five-week clearance period and since the longest program at the school lasts five weeks, we cannot accept these as forms of payment.

 

Refund & Cancelations Policy:

FullTimeOut reserves the right to decide if any type of refund will be given in the event that a student decides to leave early or does not complete the course. In case of serious illness or emergency, 50% will be refunded for the remainder of the program.
